FRAM had what no replacement parts company wants – a website that made it difficult for consumers to find the parts they need. Compounding the problem were multiple sites and brand confusion. So FRAM looked to Hart for an overhaul.
FRAM wanted a site driven by a search function that simplified and streamlined the fundamental reason people visit the site: to find replacement filters. We made easy access to the Parts Search tool and product catalog a priority in design and navigation. And in the process, we gave considerable attention to mobile compatibility, knowing that the search for auto parts rarely happens from behind a desk. The redesign instills confidence from the get-go. And the site now provides the access and user experience today’s consumers demand.
