Our charge from Certified Angus Beef® brand was to increase its relevance and differentiation to drive preference for the brand. We had history on our side. Certified Angus Beef® brand was created in 1978 for breeding and marketing a superior brand of beef.
For industry pros, we knew the Caterpillar name was synonymous with toughness and reliability. But to successfully launch a new Cat Home & Outdoor Power product to the consumer audience, we needed to learn what consumers knew or, more importantly, what they thought about the Caterpillar brand.
While it was necessary to leverage ProMedica’s top-of-mind brand, a sub-brand needed to be developed to complement the retail approach, positioning ProMedica as the new standard in urgent care.
The decision journey of a bariatric surgery patient can last a year or longer. So we knew our approach to messaging would be critical to the success of this campaign, designed to increase interest in ProMedica’s weight-loss solutions, including bariatric surgery.
Hart was charged with crafting a branding campaign that would drive awareness and loyalty to the whole system, not just the hospitals or primary care providers.
