Nationwide Children’s:
Reaching a niche audience. And keeping them engaged.

We’re big fans of using Inbound Marketing when it’s the right fit for a client. What’s Inbound? Simply put, it’s delivering the right content to the right people at the right time. When done effectively, it’s a great tool for generating leads, turning them into customers and brand enthusiasts. When we were asked by Nationwide Children’s Hospital to reach a very specific audience – women with adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) who are considering pregnancy – Inbound became the perfect way to reach them. Again and again. Both the messaging and results were powerful. The lead generation goal was exceeded by 740%, with an opt-out rate of only 3%.
