Digital Engagement Planner

Responsible for developing, executing and managing interactive media plans best suited to meet established client requirements and objectives.


  • Play an integral role in developing digital media strategies and executing campaigns that drive clients’ business goals and marketing objectives
  • Spot trends and technologies that play key roles in consumers’ lives and identify where/how digital can influence the customer journey/path to purchase
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve campaign ideas, media tactics, message alignment and success metrics
  • Present strategic media recommendations to the agency team and, as needed, the client
  • Stay abreast of new digital vendors, evaluate partnership opportunities and establish beneficial business relationships
  • Have familiarity with SEM/SEO strategies as they pertain to the overall digital initiative
  • Manage the negotiation, execution, optimization and reporting of all assigned digital media buys
  • Coordinate the development of campaign assets with internal departments and assist with trafficking as needed to ensure timely campaign activation
  • Manage basic campaign set-up on paid social media and other self-serve platforms
  • Monitor daily campaign activity to ensure appropriate pacing to meet established goals
  • Analyze performance, generate actionable insights and optimize media strategies through the duration of the campaigns
  • Oversee administration, financial management, proof of performance and client reporting requirements
  • Continuously research and experiment with emerging trends and innovative approaches to leverage digital and social activities to achieve clients’ objectives in the digital media space
